Bruce Taylor, President
Bruce Taylor is the driving force behind the growth and continuing development of ERA Key Realty Services. His background in marketing, finance and technology have helped him create innovative marketing and commission programs that have kept his ERA franchise growing and among the top 10 ERA franchises in the nation for the past 12 years. Bruce founded a Real Estate Brokerage in 1988 with a desire to concentrate on residential brokerage, in addition to real estate development. He has developed 5 residential subdivisions and has built more than 60 single-family homes and is an active real estate investor. He is a past Director of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the Claflin Hill Symphony Orchestra. He is a member of the ERA National Advisory Committee and a Director of the Greater Worcester Association of Realtors. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker (since 1988) and a Licensed Real Estate Instructor (since 2000).
Cheryl Eidinger-Taylor, Chief Operating Officer
Cheryl Eidinger-Taylor has been training Agents and Managers for approximately the last 15 of her 20 years in Real Estate. She has been with ERA Key Realty Services for her entire career and loves to sell, train, and motivate. Cheryl has a passion for the business and brings experience and enthusiasm to her training programs. Cheryl also firmly believes in continuing on her quest for education and currently holds the designations of CRB (Certified Residential Brokerage Management), CBR (Certified Buyers Representative), LTG (Leadership Training Graduate), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and ABRM (Accredited Buyer Representative Manager) and is a member of the National, Massachusetts, Worcester, and Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors
Michael Seaver, Training Director
Michael began his real estate career in 1986. Over the years, Michael has been involved in many aspects of the real estate industry including land development, new construction marketing as well as the full array of residential sales. He managed the first ERA Key office, a start up operation of 5 people in Milford, MA and helped to grow it to one of the most successful office in Central Massachusetts. At the time, his office had one of the highest levels of per agent productivity of any office in the state. As ERA Key Realty Services began to expand into new markets, he was instrumental in creating merger and acquisition opportunities. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Providence College. He is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the Massachusetts Association of REALTORSÒ, the National Association of REALTORSÒ, Electronic Realty Associates (ERA) and the Greater Milford Chamber of Commerce.
Nelson Zide, Senior Vice President
Nelson Zide entered into Real Estate in 1977 and has been in the Multi Million Dollar Club every year since 1980. He has been in the Top 10 in Volume and Units Closed in the National ERA System. He has been a finalist for Broker of the Year for ERA 1988 Jerry Award or President’s Award Winner (MDA) every year since 1987. Nelson is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, MA Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Electronic Realty Associates (ERA), Realtors National Marketing Institute, MA Association of Realtors Speakers Bureau and holds CRB, CRS, GRI, LTG and SRES designations. Nelson lives in Framingham with his wife Joan and has two children, Sherry and Scott. He is a graduate of Boston Latin School, UMASS Boston with a BA Degree. He is a member of the Framingham Rotary, Framingham Jaycees, MetroWest Chamber of Commerce, Local MDA Chapter, and Framingham Fair Housing Committee.
Peter Certo, VP of Resource Acquisition
Peter has been a successful insurance and real estate broker since 1977. Starting his insurance career with Metropolitan Life Ins Co in 1973, he opened his own agency and obtained his real estate license in 1977. He ran a small but profitable agency until he purchased his first franchise of ERA Certo Agency when he recruited 48 agents and opened two offices withinRhode Island. He then switched to a Century 21 franchise for the next 10 years which he sold to join Keller Williams Realty as a Team Leader. For another 10 years he successfully launched Keller Williams Realty offices inRhode Island,Easton, Ma andWorcester, Ma. He was the first team leader to recruit more then 100 agents to one real estate office inNew England. Now he enjoys his position of Vice President of Resource Acquisitions for ERA Key Realty Services and is responsible for the growth of the company. He enjoys working with the leadership team at ERA Key to recruit quality agents but still enjoys training. He does his best to incorporate real estate humor into his classes but he can also bring a perspective of truth which can cause some agents to really think about what they really want to accomplish and why. Peter is an accomplished business coach and counselor as well as a certified instructor of real estate courses for the state of Ma.
